  Professor Mark Rector

  Professor Rector is  a Published author, public speaker, and recently retired Professor of Electronics Engineering with a specialty in Telecommunications. 

  He has written numerous articles, and contributed to Nationally published textbooks .

  From a lifelong passion for Canadian Inventors he  inspired his students with tales of great Canadian Inventors . He has spoken across the country with stories from his bestseller book  “Oh Canada our Home & Inventive Land".

  His presentation includes tales of amazing Canadian women’s ingenuity,  the tragedy of  the Avro Arrow to the triumph of one of the most accomplished women in Canadian History who conquered polio , the brilliance of our first female Nuclear Physicist in the world and many more tales of inventions.

  A Seasonal Event at The Watering Can

  Tea Garden Luncheon and a Floral Arrangement Workshop

  

  Join us: Thursday, November 5

  Our bus will depart Burlington Centre North Parking lot at 9:30 am returning approximately 4:30pm

  We will enjoy a plated Garden Tea Luncheon at 11am. Following our lunch we will participate in a Private Workshop where we will each create our own Seasonal Floral Arrangement to take home.

  The cost of our trip is $160.00 per guest for our transportation, Garden Tea and Floral Workshop.

  Only 2 seats are still available at this time on our 36-seat bus. Registering online quickly is key to making this a successful Special Event!
