Tim Burrows 

Tim is a retired Vice President of Forty Creek Distillery and a graduate of the University of Toronto where he earned an honours degree in psychology. 

Tim began his career in the alcohol industry working nights & weekends for Chateau-Gai Wines, a subsidiary of John Labatt Ltd.  His career evolved during the next 37 years and shifted focus from Ontario wine to distilled spirits.  He joined a small management team to take on operation of Reider Distillery in Grimsby, ON.  The same team went on to create and market a highly successful brand of Canadian Whisky called Forty Creek Barrel Select.  

Tim shares his knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and describes some little known facts and legends behind these traditional beverages and how they are marketed in Ontario.
